Folks, the-wood-family.org has been offline for quite a while as of November 2019. It had already become dated and untended by the time a hacker destroyed the site and its sub-sites in early 2016.
I’m not sure how much we will do with this site going forward, but I hope it can at least help kinfolk access our substantial genealogical holdings in digital form, and perhaps it can be a little force for good out in the world in other ways.
In the near term, my professional domain ethomaswood.com takes visitors to my LinkedIn page, which has info on my current work in legal marketing and past career in journalism. It also covers my past books and documentary film projects.
Nicki and I hope to set up linkages from here to content posted to her past food blogs, tupperwareavalanche.com and theprojectkitchen.com. Both of those blogs live on at the Internet Archive, along with earlier iterations of the-wood-family dating back to when we created it, while living the expat life in Cambridge between 2001 and the end of 2003.
